What are the Official Rules for the Dempster’s®- A Year’s Supply of Eggs & Bagels Contest?

*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Subject to Official Rules at www.BagelBreakfastOffer.ca. Contest open to all residents of Canada, except Quebec who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry. Contest starts Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET). TO ENTER, buy one (1) participating package of Dempster’s bagels. Snap a photo of the receipt. Upload photo to www.BagelBreakfastOffer.ca and follow the instructions. Receipt validation and skill testing question is required to win. Participating Products are subject to availability. Limit of one (1) entry per validated receipt. There are six (6) Prizes to be won, one per week, and each Prize consists of a CAD $500 Visa gift card having an approximate retail value of CAD $500, and the total approximate retail value of all Prizes is $3,000.00 CDN.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY entry, write a unique 50-word essay on why you purchase Dempster’s products, and hand print your name, complete mailing address, e-mail address, phone number and birth date on an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper, and mail to the following address, postmarked and received by Tuesday, October 10, 2023: Dempster’s-A Year’s Supply of Eggs & Bagels Contest, No Purchase Entry, 39 Charterhouse Crescent London, ON N5W 5V3. Odds of winning depend on number and timing of entries received during each weekly period. Limit of one (1) Prize per person or household. Selection of potential prize winner will occur by the following process: On every Thursday starting September 7, 2023 at approximately 10:00 a.m. (ET) for the duration of the Contest, except for the last draw which will take place on Friday, October 13, 2023 a computerized random draw will be conducted from the total entries received up to the specific Weekly Draw Period End Date. All entries received during the Weekly Promotion Period will remain eligible for all remaining Weekly Draw Periods. Entries must be received before the Weekly End Date to be eligible for the Prize for that Weekly Draw Period.

What is required for entry?
You will be required to provide your first and last name, mailing address with postal code, e-mail address, telephone number, and date of birth. You will also need to provide a photo or scan of a single receipt, clearly showing the participating store name, the date and time of transaction, and at least the one (1) participating product that has been purchased during the contest period. Your receipt MUST have one of the participating products on that receipt to be a valid receipt.
What is the process for entry and claiming the Weekly Prize?
You will be required to supply your contact information, along with a copy of your receipt showing participating product purchase. At the end of each Weekly Draw Period, a potential winner’s name will be selected. You are not considered an official winner until; your Receipt (or Essay for Mail-In entry) has been validated and verified: you have been contacted by phone and answered a mathematical skill-testing question; you have signed and returned a completed Declaration and Release form and provided supporting ID to prove your identity. You MUST retain your original receipt in case we need to validate it. Once all documentation has been received and validated the Visa gift cards will be sent to the approved winner.
Is there a limit to how many Weekly Prizes I can get during the Contest Period?
There is a limit of one (1) Weekly Prize per person or household that begins on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET

Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 12:00:00 a.m. (ET) to Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 11:59:00 p.m. (ET);
Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 12:00:00 a.m. (ET) to Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 11:59:00 p.m. (ET);
Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 12:00:00 a.m. (ET) to Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 11:59:00 p.m. (ET).
There is a limit of one (1) entry per validated Receipt and unlimited Online entries per person. There is a limit of one (1) No Purchase entry per person per Weekly Draw Period. All Online or No Purchase entries received during the Weekly Promotion Period will remain eligible for all remaining Weekly Draw Periods. Entries must be received before the Weekly End Date to be eligible for the Prize for that Weekly Draw Period.
What is the Weekly Prize and if I’m a winner how long will it take to get my Prize?
There are 6 Weekly Prizes of $500 worth in Visa gift cards available to be won, each being awarded every Thursday starting September 7, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) for the duration of the Contest Period, except for the last draw which will take place on Friday, October 13, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (ET). Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery from the end of the Contest Period.
How long do I have to submit my receipt?
The Dempster’s- A Year’s Supply of Eggs & Bagels’ website closes October 12, 2023 11:59:59 p.m. ET and receipts can no longer be submitted after the website closes.
